Up for auction is our 2009 Kawasaki KX 250F motocross bike.  We are the original owners of this bike, and it was purchased brand new as a left over 2009 in May of 2010, so it has been titled for only 4 months.  We have the title in hand, no liens or other hassles.


I will deliver this bike for a fee of $75.00 if you live within 500 miles of 43420 using mapquest as a basis of distance.  If you live outside the 500 mile distance, email me because I can always meet you somewhere or deliver a little futher for an additional fee.  Don't be afraid to ask because I am pretty flexible.  I will require a $100.00 deposit within 24 hours of auction close, and the balance due in cash upon delivery.  I will deliver the bike within 2-3 days of auction close.  I can also arrange to crate it and ship it via common carrier if you prefer.  And of course you can always pick it up for no charge.


This bike is in excellent condition.  We installed the hour meter when new, and it reads 22.0.  It is very quick and responsive and needs absolutely nothing.  We changed the oil three times since weve owned it, once after break-in, once at 10 hours and again at 20 hours.  The manual recommends every 15 hours, so we are way ahead of that.  We used an air filter sock and cleaned the air filter after every other ride.  Chain and sprockets are great, always kept lubed and adjusted properly.  This is my sons bike, and we are both fanatical about maintenance.  These bikes cost too much to ignore it.


We added the Two Brothers exhaust pipe and the Hammerhead holeshot device.  We also put on Starcross tires front and rear, which have alot of edge and depth left.  The original exhaust comes with the bike, as does the owners manual.  We also are including an airbox cover, which makes cleaning the airbox a breeze when you clean the air filter. 


The black rims, gold anodized hubs, black plastic and monster energy graphics all combine to make this a beautiful looking bike.


The only issue this bike has is a small tear in the seat (see pic) and some scratches in the front fender.  Other than that, everything is great.  The cases have the usual scuffs from riding boots, and there are minor marks in the plastic, all of which is normal for a used motocross bike.


No one has ever been inside the engine for anything, as the bike only has 22 hours on it.  It fires right up and runs perfect.


Read my feedback and bid with confidence.  This is a great bike that has plenty of life left.  We are only selling it because we added another 450F to the collection, and my son is going to race 450's exclusively.
