1997 KTM 200EXC Jackpiner limited edition #28 of 133 delivered to the USA before the release of the 1998 200EXC this motorcycle has special futures that the 98 200EXC did not come with including:
Blue plastics with 30 yr anniversary graphics
Gray fuel tank
Marzocchi 50mm forks
Ohlins PDS shock
This bike was purchased in Oregon the original owner removed the original blue plastics and exhaust system before riding the bike, this bike has very little time on it from new. I purchased the bike and completely restored it to original condition, the original blue plastics and seat are in great condition but not perfect so I purchased a second set of plastics and seat from KTM and put those on the bike. The only defect is a small scrape on the right front fork close to the axle. Everything is original down to the last detail even the new Bridgestone tires are the original models that came on this bike. Put a fresh top end in just because, bike does run of course but has not been ridden or fuel in the tank since restore. This bike includes all the original anniversary items that came with the purchase all new in the bag shirts, mugs, carry bag, pin, and John Penton signed hat along with all the industry publication that had information on this motorcycle.
This is a great motorcycle for any collection or museum.
