Ok so up for sale is a 1998 KTM 250 EXC. It needs a rebuild and some minor fixes. The reason i am selling is because i dont have anytime because of work and i dont have the money or time to rebuild the bike. I love this bike to death but i have to get rid of it. Im not here to rip anyone off, i will tell you all the flaws. It needs a new cylinder and piston. I'm not an expert on the crank but the bearing may need replaced. Also the handlebars are slightly bent on the right side, the right front brake lever is broke. The check oil screw is stripped and siliconed up. I just had a race shop put a new cluth basket in the bottom end and on the rear rim the inside of the hub is a little worn. Over the past few years i have put about $4000 into the bike.The back tire is new, the front one is about 65%. Everything comes with the bike, all the parts, the old cylinder, piston. The head is also still good, everything is good besides what i have listed. If the price reaches over $450 i will throw in a pair of alpine star boots and a pair of MSR pants. The history of the bike there was one owner before me who raced the bike for one year and ended up going to nationals and then traded it in for another bike. I ended up buying the bike from matto cycle a year later. As far as shipping and handling goes, the buyer is responsible for pick up and delivery.
